After spending time serving overseas, adjusting back to life in the US can be challenging. Here are some tools you may find helpful as you walk through this.

  • The Art of Coming Home by Craig Storti
• Programs
  • MTI (Mission Training International) has a program that focuses on debriefing and renewal. It has been well used with great results. It is in Palmer Lake, CO.
  • Link Care Center is an organization that has been meeting concerns of full time Christian workers successfully for many years. It is near Fresno, CA and worth the trip.
  • Fairhaven Ministries is a retreat center for vacation and/or counseling help in Roan Mountain, TN where for a reasonable rate they take in full time workers for refreshment, debrief, and restoration. Counseling is available for additional cost. Feel free to tell them that you are with WA.
